• $155 for the first man hour, and then $115/man hour past that.  We round up to the nearest thirty minutes, and charge for parts as well.

Winterization:

• $155 for the first man hour, and then $115/man hour past that.  We round up to the nearest thirty minutes, and charge for parts as well.

Spring Start up:

• $155 for the first man hour, and then $115/man hour past that.  We round up to the nearest thirty minutes, and charge for parts as well.

Seasonal adjustment:

• $155 for the first man hour, and then $115/man hour past that.  We round up to the nearest thirty minutes, and charge for parts as well.

Backflow certification:

• $150 for the first man hour, and then $115/man hour past that.  We round up to the nearest thirty minutes, and charge for parts as well.

New backflow installation:

1. $850 per backflow. This includes the permit, the backflow and labor. If we have to add the cut off, or replace the risers, cost is increased at $115/hour plus parts.

Irrigation installation:

1. 1 zone – $1,000
2. 2+ zones – $765/zone
3. Meter pricing – call for details, this varies per city.
4. Backflow pricing – $850 for all cities.  If you are on a well, you also need a filter which is $400
5. Controller pricing
   • $500 for a Pro-C controller – doesn’t matter if it is indoor or outdoor
   • $500 more for the Hydrawise with the flow meter
6. Bypass faucets
   • $175 for a faucet in the lawn
